Why does concrete crack, and when is it a problem?

Can stucco be repaired or does it all come off?
Localized cracking and impact damage patch well when color and texture are matched. Widespread delamination or moisture behind the stucco calls for larger remediation. A masonry contractor can moisture-test before quoting.
