What we collect
Account details (name, email), project requests (ZIP, service, description, contact info), and - for My Home users - the property records, documents, and reminders you choose to store.
How we use it
Project requests are shared with matched contractors as described in the Terms. My Home records are private to your account: we do not sell them or share them with contractors, insurers, or other third parties without your explicit opt-in consent.
Storage and security
Data is stored on servers we control, encrypted in transit, with passwords hashed - never stored in plain text. Uploaded documents are private to your account.
Retention and deletion
You may request deletion of your account and records at any time; we delete within 30 days except where retention is legally required.
Cookies
